In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, clubmy reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return stakes to the player's wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clubmy platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

clubmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) the player has provided false information; (d) the player is subject to a self-exclusion order; or (e) clubmy is required to do so by law, regulation, or licensing authority. Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting clubmy support or by using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method after processing.
